MACP, Registered Psychotherapist
With over 25 years of experience supporting children, parents, adults, couples, and families, I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy grounded in safety, understanding, and respect. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, parenting challenges, relationship stress, ADHD, and ASD.
My background as a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Early Childhood Educator, and Triple P Practitioner allows me to bring a developmentally informed and practical lens to therapy and parent consultation. I tailor each session to clients’ goals and strengths, supporting insight, confidence, and meaningful change.
I draw from evidence-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based strategies, and attachment-informed care. I also support clients navigating major life transitions, including perimenopause and menopause.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, I aim to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
When you book a session with me, you can expect a therapeutic space grounded in safety, empathy, and respect. I take a compassionate and individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s experiences, strengths, relationships, and goals are unique.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating grief and loss, including bereavement, anticipatory grief, complicated grief, prolonged grief, illness, caregiving, life transitions, and relationship changes. Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and difficult to explain to others. Together, we can make space to process what you are experiencing while also exploring what moving forward can look like in a way that feels meaningful and connected to your values.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. My work is informed by attachment-based therapy, meaning-making, existential therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and strengths-based approaches. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, men’s issues, chronic illness, sexuality-related concerns, and major life transitions.
I am especially mindful of the emotional weight carried by caregivers, as well as experiences of complex grief and disenfranchised grief that may not always be fully recognized or understood by others. Together, we can identify what remains within your control, recognize your strengths, and find small, meaningful steps when you feel stuck.
If you’re considering therapy and wondering whether we might be a good fit, I welcome you to book a free consultation. This is a chance to talk through your concerns, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
